‘’I remember when I was 5 years old, my favorite game was collecting the leaves of the berry’s tree in the front yard and fill them with soil as ‘’rice’’ and small stones as ‘’meat’’ .
I've always loved to be the cook in all the games which I used to play with my twin sister.
I used to stand beside my mother in the kitchen watching her cooking, and the best part of watching her was asking her (how did you do this? Why did you do that?? What if you add this? Would it be more delicious?) And her usual answer was ‘’ someday you’ll know everything, Just watch me!! ‘’
I’ve always had a fantasy of being a Chef, I like Kitchen’s life, I want to learn everything I can about cooking and what it takes to be a great Chef, It’ll be a turning point for me.
Cooking is something that many people do! Some do it as a profession, some do it for fun, and some do it because they have to, but I do it because Cooking is the center of life for almost everyone in the world, and it's about more than just feeding my body.

My first desert was a Lemon cake and my first mean meal was ‘’Vegetables pasta‘’, I have cooked lot of different dishes from different countries, I am good at creating new sandwiches, salads and fresh juices .

Everybody has dreams, wishes and goals and sooner or later they get closer and closer to them. I have a dream that has become a goal in the past couple of years, and day after day it looks like a “real island” in the sea. I believe, in most cases reaching a goal means to accept challenges in order to follow your dreams.
One day when I am done with my studies, I hope to find a good job in a good environment. For example, if I work as a Chef for a restaurant and at the same time I am able to pursue my hobby and learn more and more about culinary and take a good experience to be ready and able to achieve my goals.
I want to open a '' Touring Restaurant '' the main aim of this Restaurant is to provide healthy and delicious dishes , so I can make sure that every single costumer got the chance to eat a healthy appetite dish.
